By accessing and using VineCRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VineCRM provides customer relationship management software specifically designed for wineries. The Service includes features for managing customer data, wine clubs, orders, subscriptions, and related business operations.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription tier. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VineCRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VineCRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
